Halo has named Cef Cristi director of operations. Cristi will oversee day-to-day operations including staffing and client management company-wide.
With more than 17 years of industry experience in facilities and operations management, Cristi most recently served as director of buildings and grounds at the Jewish Community Center of Dallas. Prior to that, he was a lead engineer at Transwestern, an operations team lead at Cawley Partners, and a lead technician at Duke Realty.
Cristi also served as an electrical instructor for the North Texas Job Corps, an education and vocational training program for economically disadvantaged youth. He attended Grayson County College and Pasadena City College, earning certifications in HVAC and facilities management.
